सुधाधारासारैश्चरणयुगलान्तर्विगलितैः
प्रपञ्चं सिञ्चन्ती पुनरपि रसाम्नायमहसः।
अवाप्य स्वां भूमिं भुजगनिभ मध्युष्टवलयं
स्वमात्मानं कृत्वा स्वपिषि कुलकुण्डे कुहरिणि॥

sudhādhārāsāraiścaraṇayugalāntarvigalitaiḥ
prapañcaṁ siñcantī punarapi rasāmnāyamahasaḥ|
avāpya svāṁ bhūmiṁ bhujaganibha madhyuṣṭavalayaṁ
svamātmānaṁ kṛtvā svapiṣi kulakuṇḍe kuhariṇi||

Oh! Godess! You are in the form of the Kundalini power.  The divine nectar that flows from the centre of Your lotus feet drenches all the seventy-two nerves inside the body of your devotee. Then You start off from the lunar space in the Sree Chakra named after the lotus with a thousand petals and descends Your way to the abode at the spine root, the Moolaadhara Chakra where a tiny hole exists. There You reside coiling three and a half rounds like a serpent and succumb to sleep.

സുധാധാരാസാരൈശ്ചരണയുഗളാന്തര്‍വ്വിഗളിതൈ:

പ്രപഞ്ചം സിഞ്ചന്തീ പുനരപി രസാമ്നായ മഹസ:

അവാപ്യ സ്വാം ഭൂമിം ഭുജഗനിഭ മദ്ധ്യുഷ്ടവലയം

സ്വമാത്മാനം കൃത്വാ സ്വപിഷി  കുലകുണ്ഡേ കുഹരിണി

അല്ലയോ ഭഗവതീ, കുണ്ഡലിനീ ശക്തിസ്വരൂപിണിയായ അവിടുത്തെ പാദാ രവിന്ദങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നടുവില്‍ നിന്നും ഒഴുകുന്ന അമൃതധാര ഉപാസകന്‍റെ ദേഹത്തിനുള്ളിലെ എഴുപത്തിരണ്ട് നാഡികളെയും നനയ്ക്കുന്നു. എന്നിട്ട് അമൃതാധികമായ കാന്തിയോടെ ശ്രീചക്രരൂപത്തില്‍ നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന ചന്ദ്ര മണ്ഡലമായ സഹസ്രാരത്തില്‍ നിന്നും അവിടുന്ന് സൂക്ഷ്മമായ ദ്വാര ത്തോടുകൂടിയ തന്‍റെ ആവാസസ്ഥാനത്തിലേയ്ക്ക്, മൂലാധാരചക്രത്തിലേ യ്ക്ക്, തിരിച്ചിറങ്ങിവന്ന് മൂന്നരച്ചുറ്റോടുകൂടി സര്‍പ്പത്തിനെപ്പോലെ മണ്ഡലാകൃതിയില്‍ ചുരുണ്ട്, സുഷുമ്നാ മാര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തെ നിരോധിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് നിദ്രാമഗ്നയാകുന്നു.
