Oh! Devi, you are an expert in
all the three modules of music - gathi, gamakam and the geetham. Seeing
the three lucky lines in your neck, one is reminded of the three main threads
fashioned by twisting and tying together many fine threads in which your
husband has hung the symbol of your marriage on your wedding day. They seem to
represent the three frontiers separating the three major sources of musical
notes – Sa, Ma and Ga, the perennial source for several melodious ragas
in the repertoire of musical legacy.
