सरस्वत्या
लक्ष्म्या विधिहरिसपत्नो विहरते
रतेः पतिव्रत्यं शिथिलयति रम्येण वपुषा।
चिरं जीवन्नेव क्षपितपशुपाशव्यतिकरः
परानन्दभिख्यं रसयति रसं त्वद्भजनवान्॥
रतेः पतिव्रत्यं शिथिलयति रम्येण वपुषा।
चिरं जीवन्नेव क्षपितपशुपाशव्यतिकरः
परानन्दभिख्यं रसयति रसं त्वद्भजनवान्॥
sarasvatyā lakṣmyā vidhiharisapatno viharate
rateḥ pativratyaṁ śithilayati ramyeṇa vapuṣā |
ciraṁ jīvanneeva kṣapitapaśupāśavyatikaraḥ
parānandabhikhyaṁ rasayati rasaṁ tvadbhajanavān ||
rateḥ pativratyaṁ śithilayati ramyeṇa vapuṣā |
ciraṁ jīvanneeva kṣapitapaśupāśavyatikaraḥ
parānandabhikhyaṁ rasayati rasaṁ tvadbhajanavān ||
Oh! Mother! Those who seek your refuge ends up
getting the courtship of Saraswathi, the goddess of knowledge and Mahalakshmi,
the goddess of wealth making their husbands Brahma and Mahavishnu
jealous. Moreover, his body would be so charming that Rathidevi, wife of
the god of love would fall for him, ignoring her wow of chastity. At the end
he would cut asunder all his bondage borne out of ignorance and enter into a
state of eternal life with a blissful beatitude.
സരസ്വത്യാ ലക്ഷ്മ്യാ വിധിഹരസപത്നോ വിഹരതേ
രതേ: പാതിവ്രത്യം ശിഥിലയതി രമ്യേണ വപുഷാ
ചിരം ജീവന്നേവ ക്ഷപിത പശുപാശ വ്യതികര:
പരാനന്ദാഭിഖ്യം രസയതി രസം ത്വദ് ഭജനവാന്
അമ്മേ, അവിടുത്തെ ഭജിക്കുന്നവന് ബ്രഹ്മാവിനോടും മഹാവിഷ്ണുവിനോടും
മത്സരിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തില് വാഗ്ദേവതയായ സരസ്വതി, ഐശ്വര്യദേവതയായ
ലക്ഷ്മി, എന്നിവരുമായി ഭര്തൃഭാവത്തില് വിലസുന്നു. മാത്രമോ അയാളുടെ ശരീരസൗന്ദര്യം
സാക്ഷാല് രതീദേവിയെപ്പോലും ശിഥില മനസ്കയാക്കി അവളുടെ പാതിവ്രത്യനിഷ്ഠയെ
തെറ്റിക്കുന്നു. ഒടുവില് അജ്ഞാനസംബന്ധിയായ പശുപാശബന്ധങ്ങള് എല്ലാമുപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന
അവന് ചിരംജീവിയായി പരാനന്ദം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു.
